Course Description

The goal of CEG’s Property Condition Assessment training is to provide necessary depth of building science knowledge to perform a Property Condition Assessment (PCA) inspection to the ASTM E2018-15 standard. When the property condition assessment training is complete a PCA Inspector in training will be prepared to inspect a simple project. Candidate will receive a certificate of completion of CEG PCA E-Learning.
