Senior Project Manager

SUMMARY

Mr. McRae is a Senior Project Manager for CEG Assessments and has been a proud part of the CEG team since 2015.  He currently conducts site reconnaissance, researches and writes ESA and PCA reports for CEG.

Mr. McRae is an Environmental Professional (EP) and has over 23 years of experience performing Phase I, Phase II, Property Condition Assessments, and other environmental site reconnaissance services. He also has experience as a direct project manager overseeing nationwide projects. These projects include, but are not limited to the following:

• Phase I Environmental Site Assessments
• Property Condition Assessments
• Phase II Environmental Site Assessments
• Environmental Subsurface Investigation
• Health-Based Risk Assessments
• Aboveground and Underground Storage Tank Projects
• Reserve Studies
• Peer Reviews
• Desktop Regulatory Reviews
• Asbestos Inspections, and Operations and Management

Mr. McRae has experience with a wide variety of national protocols including Fannie Mae, as well as lender specific guidelines, protocols and requirements.  Mr. McRae has written over 1,000 ASTM compliant Phase I ESA and PCA reports during his tenure. These projects include hospitality, multifamily, gas stations, automotive repair, industrial, assisted living, dry cleaners, agricultural, educational, office, and retail types of properties.
