SUMMARY

Ms. Roman is an Environmental Professional (EP) and the Executive Vice President for CEG. Ms. Roman’s environmental consulting background began in 2000, and her tenure in the environmental consulting industry has largely focused on the environmental due diligence and building sciences.  She has experience following a variety of regulatory and client-required protocols for undeveloped, residential, commercial, industrial, and governmental properties located nationwide and in Mexico.  Ms. Roman has compiled over 2,000 Phase I ESAs alone.  Additionally, she has been a training course provider for mold issues as they relate to the real estate industry.

In her current role within CEG, Ms. Roman manages the day-to-day operations of the Due Diligence division, including national client management, workflow (project and portfolio) management, and oversight of staff and projects.
