Director of Reserve Studies

SUMMARY

Mr. Bevis is an Environmental Professional (EP) and the Director of Reserve Studies for CEG, who has been providing environmental due diligence and architectural and building science services since 2002.  Mr. Bevis is well versed in all relevant ASTM standards as well as the Americans with Disabilities Act.  Mr. Bevis’ specific project experience includes:

In addition to thousands of hours coordinating with governmental officials and private contractors, Mr. Bevis has compiled over 1,800 Phase I Environmental Site Assessments, 100 subsurface investigations, 50 architectural drawing sets, and 400 Property Condition Assessments.

In his current role, Mr. Bevis serves as the lead training program developer and instructor for Property Condition Assessments at CEG, completes senior-level reviews of ESAs and PCAs, and assists in the Reserve Study division.
