Vice President of Operations


Ms. Ellis is the Vice President of Operations for CEG Assessments and has been a proud part of the CEG team since 2004.  She currently serves as the Vice President of Operations.  Her depth of knowledge of how environmental issues can impact real property serves her well as lead environmental trainer for all new CEG staff and subcontractors.  Ms. Ellis is a Certified Environmental Scientist (CES) and an Environmental Professional (EP), and has managed and conducted nationwide environmental and building science services for real estate planning, including, but not limited to:

Ms. Ellis has experience with a wide variety of national protocols including HUD, FDIC, Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, as well as lender specific guidelines, protocols and requirements.  Ms. Ellis has conducted Phase I ESAs and PCAs in the thousands for properties in the government, office, banking, industrial, housing/multi-family, hospitality, retail/wholesale, warehouse, healthcare sectors, etc. She has extensive knowledge in the management of portfolio projects for national hotel chains, multi-family housing, national assisted living, national restaurant chains, industrial parks, and national retail companies.  Ms. Ellis has been trained in Phase I ESAs and PCAs based on ASTM standards, Capital Needs Assessments (CNAs) for HUD based on the Government office of Multi-Family Housing Development and the Office of Fair Housing and Equal Opportunity Development.  Ms. Ellis has been additionally trained in Vapor, Asbestos Inspections, Lead Inspections, Lead Risk Assessments and more.
