Mr. Wallace is the Environmental Site Assessment Lead for CEG Assessments and has been with the CEG team since 2021.  He currently conducts QA/QC reviews of Phase I ESAs, researches and writes various environmental reports, and is the point of contact for due diligence operations at CEG.

Mr. Wallace is an Environmental Professional (EP) and has over 16 years of experience performing Phase I and Phase II ESAs and other environmental services.  Mr. Wallace’s areas of expertise include geology, geography, hydrogeology, and environmental sciences.  Mr. Wallace has assisted numerous public, private and governmental entities with compliance testing and reporting.  These projects include, but are not limited to the following:

Mr. Wallace has a broad knowledge of national environmental regulations, risk assessments, and environmental sampling protocol.  Mr. Wallace has written and reviewed numerous ASTM compliant Phase I/II ESAs and other environmental reports, including national portfolios.  These projects include hospitality, agricultural, multifamily, gas stations, automotive repair, educational, industrial, assisted living, dry cleaners, residential, and retail/commercial types of properties.
